VCCL refund policy is very flexible for new users as well as for our existing users. There are facility to cancel end user services from their own account using CPanel login. User can continue to access multiple services buy untill to renewal date of your service plan.

We provide you 7 Days Money Back Policy on Monthly Plans & 30 Days for Yearly Plans, but there should be a Good Reason to ask for a Refund. You can cancel your order by opening a ticket to the Support team at any time by giving a reason for cancellation and once the cancellation is approved we will initiate the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5-10 (as per Payment Gateways Policy) working days. Refund applies for Server related plans only. The 7 days money-back guarantee does not apply to personal reasons, service renewals and license cost, also to protect from misuse of this policy, orders that includes additional ips or subnet are not eligible for the refund. As the cancellation reason should be fair, server orders that don't have any issues will not eligible for the refund.

Convenience Charges

We offer a 7 days 100% money-back guarantee but as the cost involves in this process, the customer needs to bear the payment gateway fee. Customer can also ask for an instant refund by bearing the cost of Gateway Fee + Gateways Instant Refund Fees if you chose a RazorPay as the payment gateway.

No Refund on following Activities (Gambling, IRCTC Ticket Booking, Piracy of Copyrighted Content etc.) usage on our servers
About 99.9% Uptime

The 99.9% Uptime is calculated on the yearly basis, situations like hardware failure, network outage are eligible for compensasions in subscription of plans.


Many situations might be are completely beyond the control of VCCLHosting, and therefore following situations will not be applicable for the refunds. These situations include:

Control Panel Issues
