Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on monthly plans and 30 days on yearly plans, subject to valid reasons for the refund request. Only first-time orders are eligible for refunds.

How to Cancel & Get a Refund

You may request cancellation by opening a support ticket with a valid reason. Once the cancellation is approved, we initiate the refund within 48 hours. The refunded amount typically reflects within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment gateway.

To process any refund, the associated service must first be terminated. Upon receiving a confirmed refund request via support ticket, we proceed with service termination and refund initiation as per standard procedure — no additional confirmation is required once a refund request has been clearly submitted.

What Is Eligible

Refunds apply only to server-related plans. The money-back guarantee does not apply to: personal or non-technical reasons, service renewals, licence costs, or orders that include additional IPs or subnets. To prevent misuse, refunds are not granted for services without a valid technical or service-related issue. Refunds are also not issued where services are suspended or terminated for violations such as breach of the Terms of Service, illegal activity, email abuse, or excessive resource usage.

Convenience & Gateway Charges

While we offer a 7-day 100% money-back guarantee, because costs are involved in processing, the customer bears the payment-gateway fee. If you choose Razorpay and request an instant refund, the Gateway Fee plus the Gateway Instant Refund Fee will apply.

No Refund Activities

No refunds are provided for accounts used for gambling, IRCTC ticket booking, piracy of copyrighted content, activities that lead to IP blacklisting, or similar prohibited usage on our servers.

About the 99.9% Uptime Guarantee

The 99.9% uptime is calculated on a yearly basis. Situations such as hardware failure and network outage are eligible for compensation within the plan subscription, as detailed in our SLA.

Exclusions

The following situations are beyond VCCLHosting's control and are not eligible for refunds or credits: scheduled network maintenance, hardware maintenance, software maintenance, malicious attacks, and control-panel issues.
