VCCLHosting takes the protection of your data seriously and complies with applicable data-protection laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India. VCCLHosting operates its own datacenter in India, Maharashtra, India. Your service data is processed in India. Some embedded third-party tools (for example Google Fonts, Google reCAPTCHA, Google Analytics and any live-chat tool we use) may transmit limited technical data, such as your IP address, to those providers; their own privacy policies govern that processing.

4. Legal Basis

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, to perform or initiate a contract with you (such as a server-lease agreement entered into via our website), or to pursue our legitimate interest in operating and securing the platform. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
