The agreement that governs your use of VCCLHosting products and services.
Last updated: 2026. These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") are between you ("User", "you") and VCCL Cloud Pvt Ltd, India ("Company", "we", "us"). By using our products and services (the "Services"), you agree to these terms.
Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Service Level Agreement, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Additional terms may apply to specific Services (for example the Affiliate Agreement, Reseller Agreement and VPS Addendum), and apply as applicable.
By registering for or using the Services, you represent that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older. If you use the Services on behalf of another party, you confirm you are authorised to bind that party. You must provide accurate, current and complete registration information, including a valid contact email different from the domain you are signing up under, and keep it up to date. We use your primary email for all account and abuse communications. Providing false information may result in account termination. For dedicated cloud server purchases or in certain cases, we may request government-issued identification for verification; failure to provide it may result in your order being declined. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password and credentials secure.
Except for your own User Content, all content provided through the Services — including designs, text, graphics, images, video, software, audio and their arrangement ("Company Content") — is the property of the Company or its licensors. You may not modify, copy, distribute, reproduce, republish, download, scrape, display, sell or exploit Company Content except as expressly permitted, nor reverse-engineer or attempt to derive source code from it. Any unauthorised use terminates your rights to use the Services.
You may upload, store, publish and distribute information, text, photos, video and other content through the Services ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content and any activity on websites you host. By posting User Content you confirm that you have the necessary rights and that it does not infringe any third party's rights. You grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, display, modify, publish, distribute and back up User Content solely to provide the Services. We do not monitor User Content but may, at our discretion, remove content or suspend Services without refund if you breach this Agreement.
The Services do not comply with the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA"). You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws governing the privacy and security of sensitive data. The Services are not appropriate for storing or controlling access to Protected Health Information, and doing so is a material violation of this Agreement and grounds for immediate termination. We do not sign Business Associate Agreements.
We comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") in connection with collecting and processing your billing information. However, you are solely responsible for the security of any payment data you collect on your own website; we do not monitor user websites for PCI compliance.
If you do not configure a custom 404 error page, the Company may configure a default 404 page for your domain, which may contain advertisements or other materials selected by the Company. You may change the 404 configuration at any time, and the Company may retain revenue from such materials.
We may offer or resell third-party products and services, which may be subject to the third party's own terms. We make no warranties regarding the quality, availability or timeliness of third-party goods or services, and you transact with them at your own risk. Where we act as a reseller or sublicensor of hardware, software or services ("Resold Products"), any manufacturer defects or changes are not a breach of our obligations, and your remedies are limited to those provided by the manufacturer. You may not copy, alter, reverse-engineer, resell or re-export Resold Products in violation of applicable law.
The Services are subject to applicable export-control and economic-sanctions laws. You may not use the Services in violation of such laws, and you represent that you are not located in, or acting on behalf of, a sanctioned country, entity or individual, and that you will not use the Services in connection with prohibited weapons activities.
You are responsible for ensuring that scripts and programs installed under your account are secure and that directory permissions are set appropriately (where possible, 755 or more restrictive). You must use a strong password; weak passwords may lead to suspension. You remain responsible for all actions taken under your account, including any resulting from compromised credentials.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable or impair our infrastructure, including distributing malware, sending spam, hosting illegal or infringing content, or consuming resources in a manner that degrades service for others. We may suspend or terminate Services for violations without refund.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
